Damaged Products
Your satisfaction matters to us. While we take every precaution in packaging, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing (opening) video for verification.
Once verified, we will assist with an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, at the discretion of Taksh Exclusive.
