  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

  • Taksh Exclusive ships worldwide, including all locations across India and international destinations.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Within India:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

  • International Orders:

    • 10–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Express Shipping

  • Within India:

    • Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International Express Shipping:

    • Delivery within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Express shipping charges are higher than standard shipping and will be shown at checkout.

Packaging

  • All jewellery is packed in secure, tamper-proof, and elegant packaging.

  • Extra protective measures are taken to avoid damage during transit.

Order Tracking

  • Shipment tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once the order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Any applicable custom duties, import taxes, or local charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Taksh Exclusive is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Taksh Exclusive will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
